This Vanilla Mousse al la TCOYD is served at many TCOYD events all across the planet
- 1 ounce package of sugar free fat free instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1½ cups fat free milk
- 1½ cups frozen reduces fat whipped cream topping
- Fresh berries
- Fresh mint
- prepare pudding mix according to the directions using the fat free milk
- fold whipped topping into pudding
- cover and chill for 2 hours
- top with berries and mint
