Seasoned cooked to crispy doneness. Made with only 7 simple ingredients and a few minutes of prep, they're a fast and delish!

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes, 1 pound russet potatoes

  • 1 tablespoon of avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • 1 teaspoon Kosher salt

  • 2 T flour

Instructions

1.           Wash the potatoes, there is no need to peel.

2.           Cut the potatoes into wedges, by cutting each potato in half lengthwise. Cut each half lengthwise into quarters, or about 1-inch thick at the widest part.

3.           Place the potato wedges in a large bowl of cool water for 10 minutes to keep them from turning brown and it will also remove the starch. Drain the potatoes, then return them to the bowl no water needed this time.

4.           Drizzle the potatoes all over with avocado oil and sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, pepper, and paprika and flour. Toss well to combine.

5.           Preheat the air fryer to 399°F.

6.           Place the potatoes in the basket in a single layer, Cook for 15 minutes, remove the basked 3 times during the baking and shake to reposition the potatoes and move them around.

7.           Check the doneness, they should be tender and golden and crispy. If not give them a little more cook time.

8.           Lets eat!
